Instead when you as a manager receive feedback gracefully you can strengthen the lines of communication and increase your employees' receptiveness to future feedback. Employee Feedback Examples While there are many different types of employee feedback and a variety of different situations certain feedback scenarios can be found in most companies. Here are examples of common situations where you as a manager might provide feedback. First let’s look at some examples of positive feedback. Positive Employee Feedback Examples When an employee learns a new skill I notice that you take the time to learn and I really appreciate seeing the extra effort you put in.

I will be able to use your skills more in situations. If Employee Successfully Resolves Conflict I see you dealing with client colleagues and recognizing that there is conflict there. The way you guys handled this is truly admirable and that's the attitude I hope to spread throughout our team. Thank you for your quick and thoughtful solution.
